30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want every Mintzii order to make you smile. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund  no lengthy forms, no stress.

How to Request a Refund
1. Email us at itspugshop@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Tell us briefly what the issue is  one sentence is enough.
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
4. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost no need to return the damaged item.

Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date.
- Items showing clear signs of intentional damage.
